Privacy Policy

AI Real Estate Development Inc. and AI Real Estate Technologies Inc. (together, “AI Real Estate”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the rights you have.

Introduction

We handle personal information in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), Canada’s PIPEDA, and other applicable laws (GDPR/CCPA where relevant). This policy describes how we handle information collected on our websites (airealtech.com, airealestate.ca, aiimmobilier.ca), on our project platforms, and through our SMS program.

Person in charge of personal information (Privacy Officer)

As required under Law 25, our Privacy Officer is Gabriel Harbour, reachable at support@airealestate.ca. You may contact this person to exercise your rights or report a concern.

Information we collect

Name, email, mobile phone number, mailing address, property preferences and search criteria, inquiry and showing history, SMS consent records, and technical data (IP address, device, usage via cookies).

How we use your information

To send property-listing and price alerts, deliver showing/appointment reminders, enable agent lead follow-up, send marketing communications where you consented, process inquiries and transactions, and meet legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging consent

When you opt in to our SMS program via short code 514000, we collect your mobile number and consent record. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. You can opt out anytime by texting STOP or ARRET to 514000. Sharing of information

We share information only with service providers who help operate our business (e.g., Salesforce, SMS aggregators/carriers, our real estate agents) and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Where personal information may be transferred or stored outside Quebec, we conduct a privacy impact assessment as required by Law 25.

Your rights (Law 25 / PIPEDA)

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact our Privacy Officer at support@airealestate.ca. To have your information erased, follow our data deletion instructions.

Confidentiality incidents

We maintain a process to handle privacy/confidentiality incidents and will notify affected individuals and the Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI) when a risk of serious injury arises, as required by Law 25.

Data retention & changes

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. We may update this policy; the dates above reflect the latest revision.
