SMS Terms of Service
These terms apply to text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by AI Real Estate Development Inc. and AI Real Estate Technologies Inc. (together, “AI Real Estate”, “we”) through our dedicated short code 514000. By opting in, you agree to them.
Program description
When you opt in to the AI Real Estate SMS program, you will receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from AI Real Estate, including new property listings and price-change alerts matching your search criteria, showing and appointment reminders, lead follow-ups from our agents, and occasional promotional offers. Messages are sent via our dedicated short code 514000.
How to opt in
You agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from AI Real Estate by texting a keyword (e.g., HOMES) to 514000, submitting your mobile number on one of our websites or project platforms, or checking the SMS consent box when you register or inquire about a property. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies based on your property alerts and agent interactions.

How to opt out
Text STOP (or ARRET) to 514000 at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, opt in again.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include Rogers, Bell, Telus, Vidéotron, Freedom Mobile, and others.

See our Privacy Policy. AI Real Estate does not sell or share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes. To have your personal information removed from our systems, follow our data deletion instructions.
