Data Deletion Instructions

What you can ask us to delete

Any personal information we hold about you, including:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, mailing address
• Property preferences, search criteria, inquiry and showing history
• SMS program records (mobile number, consent record, message history)
• Information received through social platforms, such as Facebook or Instagram lead forms and Messenger conversations
• Accounts and answers on our project platforms (for example Advertesting™ studies or VIP pre-booking)
• Technical data linked to you (IP address, device, cookie identifiers)

How to send a request

1. Email support@airealestate.ca with the subject line “Data deletion request”. You can also write to AI Real Estate, 333 Riverside #001, Saint-Lambert, QC J4P 1A9, Canada, or call 1-888-383-3083.
2. Tell us your full name and the email address and/or mobile number you used with us, and, if you know it, the project or website you interacted with. Do not send us any sensitive information; we will ask only for what we need to confirm your identity.
3. We acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days of receipt, as required by Law 25 and PIPEDA. If we cannot act on part of the request, we tell you why.
4. We delete or anonymize your information in our systems (our Salesforce CRM, SMS platform, email marketing tools and analytics), instruct the service providers acting on our behalf to do the same, and confirm to you by email once it is done.

Faster ways to stop specific uses

• Text messages: text STOP (or ARRET) to 514000. Your number is removed from the SMS program immediately; we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so that we never message you again.
• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Facebook and Instagram: you can remove AI Real Estate’s access in your Meta account settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, or Business integrations). Removing access stops future sharing; send us a request as described above to erase what we already received.
• Cookies: clear them in your browser settings; our analytics identifiers are reset the next time you visit.

What we may have to keep

We delete everything we can. Some records must be kept for a limited time because the law requires it or because we need them to protect our rights:

• Records of transactions, invoices and accounting documents, for the period required by tax and corporate law
• Proof of consent and of opt-out (required under Canada’s anti-spam legislation and carrier rules), kept in a suppression list so that we do not contact you again
• Information needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or to comply with a legal hold
• Copies held in encrypted backups, which are overwritten on a rolling schedule and are never restored into live systems
